Students can grant proxy access to select items in the student account. The guides linked below include detailed steps for setting up proxy accounts and access.
Please note, your student must grant you proxy access with specific permissions in order for you to receive credentials and be able to sign in to Workday. Please follow the instructions in the emails you receive after your student grants your proxy access and permissions.
Workday implemented a refresh in Spring 2026 and some items may look different from guides posted below. Functionality was not impacted. Guides are being updated as quickly as possible.
