Test Preparation Track

The Test Preparation Workshop Track is a series of presentations designed to support you in preparing for exams through strategic planning, test taking strategies, performance evaluation, and stress management. Each session focuses on practical techniques to enhance confidence and studying efficiency before, during, and after exams. 

This presentation covers how to create study guides and introduces you to general test-taking techniques for short answer, true/false, and multiple-choice questions. You will engage with sample questions to apply strategies in real time.

In this presentation you will learn how to assess your academic progress using tools like the class organizer and GPA calculator. This session includes guidance on decision-making related to course continuation and prioritizing content using the
Eisenhower Matrix.

This presentation focuses on how to plan and prepare for your final exams. You will create a Master-To-Do List and Final Exam Planner, review strategies for interleaving study sessions, and explore best practices for cumulative exam preparation
and prioritization.

This presentation introduces you to techniques for managing test-related stress. Topics include grounding exercises such as box breathing and the benefits of simulating the test environment to build mental and physical readiness for high-
pressure situations.
